Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and merchandise must be received unworn and with tags within 30 days of delivery.
• We will credit your original payment method within seven days of receiving your returned item(s).
• All returns, with the exception of size exchanges, incorrect or damaged merchandise, will incur a 12% restocking fee and a $15 shipping charge.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale merchandise is non-returnable.
• Gift Cards are non-returnable
• Initiate returns by emailing info@betsyfisher.com to receive a return label.
