LEYT is pronounced light and in Middle English it means "spark".

Designer Cathy Lee believes that "(f)ashion can ask too much of us: of our self-image and self-worth, and of our planet’s resources." Cathy creates clothing from natural fibers that works for women's modern, busy lives, clothing "as fluid and as ambitious as we are."

Silk, cotton, and rayon offer comfort and easy movement.  Cathy works with Bangladeshi artisans who hand-loom the fabrics, tying heritage skills and modern applications in a mutually sustaining bond of utility and beauty.
