We strongly encourage everyone to make an appointment before the event. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our customers and we need to know how many people will be attending to ensure we have adequate staffing and merchandise.

Each appointment slot is 90 minutes but you may book more than one spot if you plan to visit on multiple days.

Absolutely!

This depends on what you buy! Some of the designers will be bringing stock that you will be able to purchase and take with you, while others will be taking orders that will be shipped after the event. If you have questions about a specific item we encourage you to reach out prior to the event.
