Return Policy
 

Betsy Fisher is a single unit specialty store with limited inventory. This constrains our ability to be as flexible as larger merchants with respect to returns. We want you to be wholly satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not for any reason, please return merchandise to us quickly.

All merchandise that we accept for return must be unworn, pristine and tagged. Please repack with care. If you are not using the prepaid UPS label enclosed with packages sent via UPS, please insure goods with the shipper. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, properly packaged to prevent crushing in transit.

 

Full credit will be issued for merchandise received by us within 10 days of delivery of your order.

Partial credit will be issued for merchandise received by us between 11 and 21 days of delivery of your order. We will retain a 15% restocking fee.

No credit will be issued nor goods accepted for return more than 21 days from the delivery of your order.

Returns of sale merchandise marked down less than 50% are subject to the above conditions.

Sales of merchandise marked down 50% or more are final sales.

Goods purchased via our website may also be returned in person to the store in accordance with these stipulations.

Exchanges

Getting the right size and fit can be tough even in the dressing room with three of us at your beck and call, so we understand that you may need another size or a different style. We suggest placing a new order as soon as possible.
